Joseph M. Campos - Founder and Principal of Docknology, LLC
After serving honorably in the United States Marine Corps, Joe earned his BS in Transportation & Logistics from the University of North Florida and started working in the trucking industry.
Joe worked his way up the chain of command, holding a variety of roles both in operations and corporate management for companies ranging from Yellow to Old Dominion. Joe has held the following roles (among others) over the course of his more than 40 years in the industry:
- Dock Supervisor
- Weight & Inspections Supervisor
- Trainer of New Supervisors
- Terminal Operations Manager
- Terminal Manager
- Breakbulk Operations Manager (300+ doors)
- Quality and Training Specialist
- Director of Operations
Joe designed and implemented Yellow’s Full Circle Training Program, Hazardous Material Training, Employee Relations Training, and Verbal Warnings, Written Warnings, Suspensions and Terminations Training.
